KEOPS
KEOPS is a Croatian metal band founded in Rijeka. Early in their career, the band participated in the “Ritmi Globali Europei” festival in Italy with a demo track and won first prize in the category for Best Band. After their first tour, which took KEOPS across Italy, the lead singer changed. Shortly after, the band began working on their debut album “KEOPS”. At the same time, they performed in various clubs, festivals, and concerts throughout Croatia, steadily growing their fanbase.
Their first studio album “KEOPS”, released in 2012, brought the band to the forefront of Croatian TV and radio charts, and the album reached number 4 on the list of best-selling records in Croatia. Their second studio album “Lice sudbine”, released in 2015, featured a more progressive and modern sound and also achieved top positions in the Croatian charts. In addition to these two studio albums, KEOPS contributed to several compilations, including “Ritmi globali Europei”, “Rocument”, and the “Zagrebački festival” (2015 and 2016).
After the second album, the band underwent another lineup change. The roles of vocalist and bassist were newly filled, and KEOPS returned to their original metal sound. During this period, they released the first single “KEOPS” from their upcoming album, sung in Croatian, which received excellent feedback from both fans and press. The full album featuring the new lineup will be released worldwide next year through the German label NoCut Entertainment.
Until then, KEOPS will continue playing numerous live shows and presenting the first songs from their upcoming record on stage.
